Doza processes your routine and sleep records on your iPhone. You do not create an account, and the app has no advertising, analytics SDK or recording-analysis server.

Who is responsible?

What the app processes
You choose routine names, schedules and confirmation history. When you start sleep tracking, Doza can process sleep times, movement, sound levels, sound regions and recordings. The analysis option selected for that session controls microphone use. Sound analysis off does not start microphone or motion tracking. A movement wake-up task can request step information.
Where processing happens
The sound models are bundled with the app and run on the device. Doza does not upload your routine records, sleep recordings or Health records to Vennyx or an analysis service. Local diagnostic information helps explain alarm and recording behavior; it is not automatically sent to us. System-level backups, device transfers and any diagnostic sharing you enable with Apple are governed by Apple’s settings and policies.
Permissions and Apple Health
Microphone access is used during a sleep session with sound analysis. Motion permission supports movement features and wake-up verification. Notification and alarm permissions enable reminders and wake-up alarms. Apple Health access is optional: Doza reads authorized sleep records and, if you enable writing, saves tracked time in bed. Doza does not export phone-inferred deep or REM sleep. You can change these permissions in iOS and Apple Health.
Retention and deletion
When Doza opens, it removes audio older than 7 days and sleep summaries older than 14 days. Records may remain longer if the app is not opened. Routine records stay on your device until removed through the app or until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading it does not. Records already saved to Apple Health and copies in system backups are managed separately through Apple’s controls.
Your choices
You can choose no sound analysis for any sleep session, revoke microphone or motion access, and leave Health integration off. Revoking a permission limits the corresponding feature. Record other people only with their permission. A sound classification does not establish who made the sound.
If you contact support
We receive only what you choose to tell us through the contact channel you use. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending health data or audio unless it is necessary for a specific support request. We retain support correspondence while needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations; it is not used for advertising.
This website
These pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or forms. The hosting infrastructure receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address and request details, to deliver and secure the site. Following an external link or calling us uses the relevant provider’s service.
Privacy requests and changes
For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information you sent to Vennyx, use the contact details below. We cannot remotely read or delete records that remain only on your phone. This policy may change with the app; the update date appears above. Doza is a personal organization and wellness tool and does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment.
